1.The thickness of the glue can be adjusted from 0.1mm to 1.2mm( according to the glue's density )
2.If it has an upper wheel, it is extensible, automatically adjust to the uneven thickness of the product(equipped with spring).
3.Machine with an upper wheel is half hot and half cold(the upper, cold, vise versa)
4.The temperature of glue groove and roller is separately controlled.
5.Only suit for international standard K Type Temperature Sensor.
6.It's safety protection prevent your hand from accidentally squeezing by the roller.
7.It has a on the glue tank and it can be opened freely.

9.The glue tank is made of aluminum , which has a good thermal conductivity so as to save the energy. It has a slope, the glue will flow down thoroughly. The glue tank won't leak any glue because the machine is processed with CNC, it is sealed around the framework oil seal that is by the side of wheels. Some essential part has professional anti-sticking processing to stop the glue from carbonization
